HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?
Visit the book online page to book a treatment. There you will find the list of available treatments. Be sure to toggle between the manicure and pedicure lists. A small deposit is required at the time of booking and the amount can vary depending on the treatment. However this deposit will be deducted from your treatment at your appointment when the final balance will be due. Email and SMS alerts will remind you 24 hours ahead of your appointment, making it as easy as possible to manage your manicure and pedicure treatments.
WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Any bookings made online require a small deposit. If you fail to give me 24 hours notice that you will not be able to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. In the event you have made an appointment and you haven't paid a deposit, a £10 charge will be payable at the following appointment.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT THE BEAUTIFUL YOU TREATMENT ROOM?
My treatment room is located in my home with plenty of parking if you travel by car. It's upstairs meaning if you are of limited mobility, please consider this before you make your booking. It's calm and tranquil due to it's location being in a quiet area meaning you can completely unwind. I will offer you a selection of hot or cold drinks. Due to the studio being on the small side, I can only accommodate one client at a time. Client satisfaction is at the core of what I do as a beautician so I've designed my treatment room to reflect that.
DO YOU OFFER NAIL ART?
I do! A large selection of glitters and chrome powders along with Swarovski crystal gems are available to pair with either your CND Shellac or Biogel manicure. My free-hand nail art skills are a bit more limited but I'm willing to give anything a go! If you are prepared enough to have a reference photo, that always makes it easier for me to copy a look you've spotted online.
HOW DO I PAY?
I take both cash and card payments. If you have been gifted a Beautiful You gift card, you should have received an email containing a barcode which you will need to have with you so the you can redeem your gift.
